Metamorphoses Inc uses reliable print on demand fulfillment partners located in the United States. Each item is made when ordered which allows us to offer consistent quality while avoiding unnecessary waste.

Production time
Most items take about two to five business days to be prepared. Some items may take longer during busy seasons.

Shipping time
United States orders usually arrive within three to seven business days after production
International orders usually arrive within seven to fifteen business days depending on the destination

Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including USPS FedEx DHL and others depending on the shipping address.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully. If an order is returned to the fulfillment center because of an incomplete or incorrect address the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost or delayed shipments
If your package is delayed or appears lost please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
